The Globe

This beautiful amber-yellow globe has recently come into my life and let me tell you, I am ecstatic about it.

It even has a switch and turns on when plugged into the wall. 
The only problem is how it should be hung. I like the location, but should I paint the chain to blend in with the wall/ceiling? I used to have a lamp on a table below it beside the couch, but now I don't feel like I can because that corner is too busy. The globe is awesome but it is sort of a design dilemma itself!
